I am the founder of Pickslyde Consulting and the MidAmerican Psychological Institute. I have helped thousands of people and hundreds of companies develop the skills for keeping vital commitments.  My own commitment to behavioral science helped me earn a Ph.D. in Psychology and become board certified in my profession.  I have published books and articles on accelerating the skills of commitment, appeared on Discovery, TLC, Animal Planet, and the Oprah Winfrey Network, and worked as a behavioral scientist on six continents and in all Fifty States of the USA. Whether working in the classroom or the boardroom, with the leader of a company or the leader of a third-shift factory line, I aim to accelerate performance and create valued results.
